Actively involved in the Kingston community
Volunteering in the community has always been an important part for Susan, devoting their free time to give back to this community that has given each of them so much. Kingston is a wonderful, vibrant city with many causes that deserve to be supported as they bring amazing benefits to the area. Not only that, they can also be found playing golf, curling or enjoying one of the many activities that Kingston has to offer.

- Chair of Phase II Redevelopment at KHSC for UHKF
- Past Chair of the Extraordinary People, Innovative Health Care UHKF campaign, which raised $65 million
- Founding Member of the Kingston Women’s Network
- Past Chair of the CNIB Kingston District Endowment Committee
- Past President of Frontenac Children’s Aid Society
- Past Chair, and current Committee Member of Rose of Hope Charity golf tournament
- Past member of the Board of Directors at Kingston General Hospital (KGH)
- Past President of the Board of Directors, and current Board Member at Limestone Learning Foundation (LLF)
- Volunteered at Perth Road Public School teaching business programs to grades 4 and 8
